Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell or share personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising) as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act.
Precise Geolocation
DiagDrive does not collect or process precise geolocation data (e.g., GPS or Bluetooth beacon data). Google Analytics provides only coarse, city-level location derived from truncated IP addresses, which does not meet the CPRA definition of “precise geolocation.” Consequently, no opt-out or limitation mechanism is required for this data category under California law.
